Frontier
Systems Integrators has solid experience supporting our client’s facility
management and facility operations needs. Frontier understands the critical
relationships between systems and sub-systems that are a part of any
building. We provide our facility clients with the ability to effectively
manage their buildings (and budgets) from the systems point of view. Facility Contractor Management Frontier has the ability to serve as the single point of contact for managing multiple contractors involved in the day-to-day maintenance and project management in any building. Our customers experience cost savings and efficiencies by employing Frontier’s management of the bidding and contractor qualification process. Frontier Systems is ready and able to subcontract with architectural and engineering firms, construction companies, furniture manufacturers, movers, and coordinate with other government agencies as necessary to support our client’s facility management needs. Facility Engineering Our Management Team and Staff have
engineering experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, and other
mechanical subsystems. Frontier assists our clients with the following: ·

Integration Our expertise in facility management
technologies and our unbiased approach to technology selection, assures that
your investment in facility support tools provide the highest positive return
while integrating with your existing building management procedures and
systems. Facility Maintenance and Repair Frontier’s maintenance management
capabilities allow us to provide customers with quality sub-systems
management. Our facility team manages equipment and service call data,
generates maintenance call reports, logs appropriate data and handles
emergency repair calls as necessary. Our maintenance and repair includes but

UPS systems Tenant Relations & Lease Management Frontier works closely with our building
tenant clients to evaluate and negotiate favorable lease arrangements. Special Construction Services Our Facility Management team manages the
design-build process for our government clients. ·
SCIF Construction (initial design, construction,
inspection and submittal for certification ·
Security Infrastructure Construction (security fencing,
gates, sally ports, etc.) ·
Miscellaneous Construction (civil work, utilities,
custom projects) Analysis and Studies Frontier conducts analyses and studies,
which may typically include systems design or modification, workload
projections, and facility renovations/modification. These studies include
recommendations to support specific activity requirements, computer support,
various telecommunication needs, as well as, follow-up procedures. Furnishing Management Frontier Systems supports the procurement
and management of safes, furniture movement and reconfiguration, and storage
space management for our government clients. Facilities Coordination We assist our clients with coordinating
appropriate facility activities with Washington Headquarter Services (WHS),
the building owners, and leaseholders on matters pertaining to facilities
under the control of client organizations. Frontier Systems is familiar with
all forms and procedures required by WHS and facilities management. Frontier
Systems acts on behalf of our clients to ensure compliance with all local
Government, WHS, General Services Administration (GSA), and building owner(s)
facilities related regulations and lease requirements. We ensure all permits,
safety and fire codes, and environmental requirements are met in client
space. Facilities Data Bases Frontier Systems currently digitizes and
maintains structural, office, and mechanical system drawings for spaces
occupied by our clients and contractor support personnel. We prepare space
plan configuration drawings to support future office plans in occupied
spaces. The
management of work processes is accomplished with a Facility Management software
package (coordinated with the customer) which interfaces with the CAD
database to maintain facility records, track work orders, manage projects and
subcontracted work. This
Facility Management software links personnel initiating maintenance requests
to a system that tracks the requests through to completion. The software is
expandable should additional facilities be added. Security and Information Systems Frontier Systems is capable of integrating
all physical security and information systems into construction and
maintenance plans. Security systems for client facilities are in accordance
with DCID 6/9, or the most current DCI directive pertaining to physical
security for SCIF spaces. All plans are coordinated in detail with customer
management organizations to ensure that mission specifics and expectations
are met and exceeded. Frontier
employs certified Professional Engineers (P.E.) as key members of our
Facility Team. |
